The Umbria PDO Consortium has as its mission to enhance the quality of food product Olive Oil PDO Umbria, to inform consumers about product quality and added value resulting from the DOP, encourage initiatives to promote the domestic market of brand OLIVE OIL PDO Umbria and increase product awareness.
